Event Participation & Visibility

Participation and Visibility selections grant event access, digital exposure, and business showcase opportunities. Because venue commitments, event setup, and brand placements begin immediately upon purchase, all sales are considered final once completed.

Platform Access & Credits

Platform access packages (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) and single-post credits are upfront, non-recurring purchases. You only buy what you need—Kasting never locks you into recurring subscriptions or forced renewals. Access automatically ends at the end of your selected term, with multi-month options offering discounted rates for upfront bulk access. Digital access and posting privileges unlock fully at checkout, and purchases are final once activated.

Refund Exceptions

Adjustments or refunds are issued in the event of a verified billing error or where required by applicable law.

Promotional "First Kast Risk-Free" Guarantee: If you joined under the $249 launch promo, your first month is completely risk-free. You get platform access to publish a Kast, review Seeker's Profiles, and message them directly inside the Kasting Platform. If you don't find a Seeker to Kast for your role through the app, simply reach out for a full refund of your $249 fee. Once you accept a Seeker or initiate off-platform contact with an applicant, your platform access fee is fulfilled. Standard access, renewals, and accounts without a published Kast follow our standard non-refundable policy.
